CQ Certification Overview
A growing number of organizations are looking for qualified CQ facilitators to help them assess and develop cultural intelligence. Certification with the Cultural Intelligence Center provides the only valid accreditation for using the CQ assessments and trainings.
The certification process begins with the CQ Certification course, providing an in-depth understanding of the CQ model and research, and full accreditation to administer and use the CQ assessments in individual coaching, student courses or group workshops.
To advance your qualifications, you can then complete our train-the trainer programs. The CQ train-the-trainer and Unconscious Bias train-the-trainer courses fully equip you to facilitate the Developing Cultural Intelligence and/or CQ Your Bias workshops within your own organization or consulting practice. You receive all the materials needed to lead these proven-successful workshops, rather than having to develop your own. Participants are also welcome to incorporate content and activities into their own sessions.
In addition, we offer a CQ for Teams Workshop. If you are interested in facilitating the workshop, we offer CQ for Teams train-the-trainer.
